Nudge nudge…you know how we talk about inclusion in our community…like a lot lot?

Well turns out there is a significant payoff for kids and potential cost savings for schools when our local PTA boards have diverse boards.

When a PTA takes the time to get diverse representation on their boards all students do better with potentially fewer resources.

But if your PTA is not diverse, it is time to start asking “why?” And ramp up the efforts to share power. Lean in. Change your meeting times. Look at your voting bylaws.

The payoffs are too great to ignore.
